Join the Wareham Land Trust for Trail Day at Fearing Hill on Saturday, October 26th, where volunteers will help maintain the beautiful trails that make this conservation area so special. Volunteers are invited to meet at 9:00 AM to help trim and maintain the trails, ensuring they remain accessible and enjoyable for all who visit.
The work will last until about 11:00 AM, and while tools will be provided, you are encouraged to bring your own (such as loppers, clippers, etc.). Don’t forget to bring your own work gloves for handling brush and debris. In addition, it’s recommended to pack some essentials, including water, sunscreen, bug spray, and appropriate woods attire to stay comfortable while working in the environment.
Parking is available nearby at Wyndmoor Run, West Wareham, MA, with volunteers meeting there before heading out to the trails.
