Wareham Free Library: Live Animal Encounter & Exploration of Extreme Habitats

What do a scorching desert and a lush rainforest have in common? They’re both home to incredible animals with amazing adaptations! Join Joys of Nature for a fun and educational program where you’ll meet live animals up close and learn how their wild relatives survive in drastically different environments.

From digging in the sand to climbing in the canopy, you’ll discover how animals find food, avoid predators, and thrive in places with either very little water or way too much. This hands-on, family-friendly program is perfect for curious kids and nature lovers of all ages.
