Wareham Free Library: Ghost Stories on Wickets Island

Join us for SPOOKY STORIES around a fire led by WFL staff…and YOU. BOO!

This is the perfect time of year to share YOUR best New England ghost tales and listen to others while we toast s’mores around the fire.

For participants aged 10 years and older, those attending are encouraged to bring a tale to share or invent one during the program. Prizes will be awarded for the best youth and adult tale tellings – results to be determined by an audience vote.

Participants should be at the Onset Pier (dock in front of the Boathouse) by 5:00 pm to get a ride on the BBC Bufflehead Launch to the island.

This is a FREE collaborative program offered by the Wareham Free Library in coordination with the Buzzards Bay Coalition.
