Join the Wareham Land Trust and Plymouth County Entomologist Blake Dinius for a fascinating morning walk all about dragonflies on Monday July 28th at 10:00 AM at the Red Brook Trail Network. Learn how these aerial acrobats hunt, thrive, and play a vital role in our ecosystems—all while spotting them in their natural habitat.
Parking is available at the Lyman Reserve parking lot on Head of the Bay and Red Brook Road on the Wareham/Plymouth Border. This walk will cover approximately 1.5 miles with moderate terrain. A walking stick and sturdy shoes are helpful.
This event is FREE, but space is limited—registration is required!
Bring water, wear sun protection, and dress for the weather. Don’t forget your binoculars if you have them!
