Council on Aging: Massage Therapy

Licensed Massage Therapist Carol Flock of Just Simply Healing Arts will be here for private massages! Carol will explore your needs, whether it’s relaxation, pain relief or flexibility. Massage can increase your circulation and blood flow, release muscle tension, decrease stress or provide an overall sense of well-being. A chair-style massage will be done on a table where the participant is fully clothed. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
