Onset Beach Yoga with Laura will be moved from Shell Point Beach to the Boys & Girls Club on Highland Ave during the winter season.

All are welcome to join this class. No prior experience necessary! Laura will lead the class through a series of poses to strengthen, stretch and get you into a peaceful space for your body, mind and spirit. Wear comfortable clothes, don’t eat 2 hours before class, bring a mat, towel or blanket and a suggested donation of $10. All proceeds support two great nonprofits here in town, The Onset Summer of Love Concerts and also the Advocates for Wareham Seniors, assisting the struggling COA in their efforts to help our elder community. 13 Thank you for your support!
